I am back to operating normally

My first time ever getting physical therapy and this experience was great. I had a minor injury in my achilles and took precautionary measures. After a couple of sessions, I've healed from pain

Paul was very thorough in understanding what was ailing me. He went through different exercises to understand where the pain was coming from. He made it clear that these were tools for me to empower and heal myself, not to keep coming back. After a couple of sessions, I’ve healed from pain that otherwise made it impossible to keep working. I have the knowledge of what to do if it ever flares up again, which is huge to me. I highly recommend heading to Paul for true healing.

My experience with Paul & Angie at Cedar Hill PT was excellent! I started going for back and neck pain (which is nonexistent now!), but I also learned so much more on how to prevent future issues with correct posture and exercises, as well. I really appreciate how Paul really takes his time and focuses on you during your appointments to help make sure everything is going smoothly. Overall a wonderful place and physical therapist. I definitely recommend to everyone who needs a PT!

I have now regained my strength

I broke my femur, resulting in an implant of an intramedullary rod attached with surgical screws. Due to this accident, I had to relearn how to walk. Paul is absolutely incredible! With his guidance, I have now regained my strength, able to walk without strain, and have returned to running 3-4 times per week. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Paul and Cedar Hill Physical Therapy.
