Feel Better, Move Better Cooking Classes

Come out to Cedar Hill and learn how to incorporate healthy foods into your diet that reduce inflammation!

Do you worry about the long-term affects of your food choices on your health?  Are you wanting to incorporate healthy foods into your diet that strengthen your heart and reduce inflammation?  Eating well and having easy meals to prepare doesn’t have to be overwhelming, expensive, or time consuming.

In our Heart Healthy Cooking Class with Miriam Biber (holistic health coach), you will learn 5 scrumptious recipes that you’ll want to prepare again and again.  And on top of that… it’ll be FUN.  This class will be hands-on, introduce you to new foods, educate you on what foods are particularly good for your heart, and you’ll enjoy the company of other folks interested in the same issues.

Featured foods will be:  Wild Salmon Cakes, Orange & Walnut Quinoa,  Potato, Pea & Turmeric Salad and more.
